Job Description

• Oversee all clubhouse operations including pro shop and customer service
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and a welcoming atmosphere
• Manage tee time bookings, retail sales, and daily cash handling
• Assist with planning and execution of events, leagues, and tournaments
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the clubhouse at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience in golf operations, hospitality, or retail management (an asset)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Knowledge of golf operations is a strong asset
